Follow these steps to get your Pokemon Black and White to work
When you start up the game a blue screen will show up saying " The save data could not be accessed, Please turn the power off and reinsert the gamecard".
1. Go to the top menu : Utility -> Cheats.
2. Select add new.
3. Copy and paste one of the codes in the box depending on what version you have.

4. Check off the ACTION REPLAY' and RAW.
5. Select the cheat by double clicking until a check shows up beside it.
6. Click Ok.
7. Restart the Rom by going to File -> Reset Cartridge.
8. Start the game and have fun.
Is it possible to make an ARDSi code for the Japanese version of Pokemon Pearl (the actual console version, not the PC rom version). I figured that if you can have a code for the PC version, then it might be possible to make one for the gamecard version... My J.Pearl has this same message, only in Japanese, and I haven't been able to play it since 2010...I've never used an AR on it because it stopped working before I even got my ARDSi...Is it possible you can make a code for me? (I don't know much about making codes...) This is my last resort to get it working....I've tried everything else...
